Waiver
I, the consumer of Merry Maids Domestic and Commercial cleaning services, in full Knowledge of the activities of Merry Maids Domestic placement and commercial cleaning services, I do freely accept and I am acquiring their services: job placement, maid search and/or commercial cleaning services. I accept their services with full and informed knowledge of any potential hazard. In addition, I hereby freely and of my own volition waive and hold free of any past, present and future liability to Merry Maids, its officers, directors, representatives, members, sponsors, affiliates and associates. I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and successors do release Merry Maids from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses and compensation whatsoever, which I do have, might have or night claim to have at any future time against Merry Maids, whether known or unknown, developed or undeveloped, anticipated or un anticipated, arising out of or relating to any action or actions of others resulting from services rendered or not rendered.
Representation between the parties, either oral or written not contained herein, shall not be of any force or effect.
I have read this release and waiver, and do understand its terms. I am singing this release and waiver voluntarily and with full knowledge of what it contains.
